It was structured as a long-term capability development journey supporting SNOP's production-focused transformation goals. AI Capability Development Programs aims to establish AI as a shared capability in production at both strategic and operational levels within SNOP. The program has a multilayered structure addressing the needs of participants with different levels of responsibility.
