AI Capability Development Programs
SNOP Groupe Türkiye – 2026 Designed and delivered in English by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu and Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu, this generative AI capability development program focuses on production processes. It was structured as a long-term capability development journey supporting SNOP's production-focused transformation goals. AI Capability Development Programs aims to establish AI as a shared capability in production at both strategic and operational levels within SNOP. The program has a multilayered structure addressing the needs of participants with different levels of responsibility. Managers The program for managers took place on 5–6–7–8 January 2026 and 16–17 January 2026. It aims to help managers position Generative AI appropriately in production-related decision-making, evaluate AI-supported approaches from a strategic perspective and establish a shared framework across the organization. Inside the project
Focus
How can a new technology become part of teams’ actual workflows?
The SNOP Groupe Türkiye project focused on connecting a training need with technology. The organization wanted not just to purchase new tools, but to embed them in how its teams work.
The gap between technology and practice is the real challenge for most organizations. This project focused on closing that gap.
An English-language generative AI capability development program focused on production processes, designed and delivered by Bora Kaykayoğlu.
The main barrier to AI adoption was not a lack of tools, but teams’ inability to connect the technology with their real business problems.
Scope
We delivered an English-language generative AI program focused on production processes for managers and supervisors. With managers, we covered strategic decision-making, while with supervisors we explored applications on the production floor and in daily workflows. We introduced 20 generative AI tools and worked through sample automation scenarios for production and operations using Agent Builder nodes.
Implementation
WHAT ROLE DID GENAI PLAY IN THIS PROJECT?
GenAI was positioned not as a tool that produces ready-made answers, but as a working partner that helps teams address their own problems through stronger questions. Every example was drawn from a real business context.
AI transformation begins not with purchasing new tools, but with people using them to ask stronger questions.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEParticipants practiced creative problem solving and application through their own real work problems.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONA follow-through plan was developed with teams to connect the methods learned to daily workflows.
