ChatGPT for HR Talent Team
The “ChatGPT for HR Talent Team” training was delivered over two half-days on 19 and 23 May 2025 within the Italy-based BEKO organization, with participants from BEKO offices across Europe. Led by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu and Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu, the program focused on helping HR talent teams improve their processes and strengthen their strategic decision-making capacity by using generative AI tools effectively.

The 'Problem-Solving Techniques Blended with ChatGPT' program, held at Beko on 6-7 June 2024, aimed to develop creative and effective solutions by offering participants practical tools and approaches to tackle complex problems in innovation processes using AI-assisted insights. ChatGPT contributed by conducting rapid, multifaceted data analysis, suggesting alternative solutions in problem-solving processes and accelerating decision-making. Some of the problem-solving techniques covered in the training delivered by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu were: 1. TRIZ (Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadatch): Developed for systematic innovation and problem solving, this theory encourages creative solutions through specific patterns and principles. 2. Root Cause Analysis: A structured approach to identifying the underlying causes of a problem, this technique aims to produce lasting solutions. ChatGPT supports this analysis by providing a broad range of data on potential root causes.
