Inside the project
Focus
How can teams solve complex problems using a shared language and method?
The Arçelik project focused on addressing a workshop need through structured problem-solving practices.
Problem-solving capacity comes not from individual intelligence but from establishing a shared method through repetition. This project established that method.
The 'Problem-Solving Supported by YZ Tools' training led by Ruhi Kaykayoğlu aimed to equip employees with advanced methodologies and tools for effective problem-solving.
Need, problemi doğru tanımlamayı sistematik bir beceri haline getirmekti.
Scope
We ran a hands-on workshop with the organization's employees on problem-solving supported by AI tools. We explored problem-solving methods and tools, working on how to apply AI tools to real problems faced by the organization.
Implementation
HOW WAS STRUCTURED PROBLEM SOLVING USED IN THIS PROJECT?
Rather than rushing to solve a problem at first glance, we followed a process emphasizing root cause analysis and contradiction-based definition. Participants worked on their own operational problems.
Strong teams are not those that answer fastest but those that can ask the right question.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEThroughout the workshop, teams worked collaboratively on their own problems. Each stage concluded with an output.
