Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu, a mechanical engineer and academic, works in technical problem solving, R&D and innovation management, leadership development, and organizational structuring. He provides organizations with training and consulting in systematic problem-solving methods such as TRIZ, FMEA, 6 Sigma and 8D, as well as technology management, strategic planning, institutionalization in family businesses, and future scenarios.

After completing his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, he earned a master's degree and doctorate in the United States. During an academic career spanning approximately 20 years, he served as department chair, dean, vice rector and founding rector. He supervised numerous graduate studies and produced more than 140 scientific works. He participated in international research projects and contributed to the establishment and development of universities, R&D centers and corporate academies in Türkiye and other countries.

Since 2004, he has led organizational development projects for the private sector, public institutions and educational organizations. His work covers corporate academies, leadership programs, innovation culture, R&D management, cost reduction, zero waste and intrapreneurship. He develops AI-supported R&D and problem-solving applications. He also provides mentoring and consulting to help young people and professionals explore their competencies, career directions and future potential.
