How can a corporate academy become part of an organization’s strategy for the future?
The Atılım Üniversitesi project focused on addressing the organization’s consulting needs through academy design.
A corporate academy is not a course catalog, but a system for making capability decisions about the organization’s future. This project was built around that system.

The weakest link in training programs was the point where learning translated into daily work. Academy design had to start there.
Scope
We worked on coordination between the corporate academy and the university's continuing education centre. We provided facilitation for planning training and content for the organisation's employees.
Implementation
HOW WAS THE ACADEMY DESIGNED IN THIS PROJECT?
We designed the academy not as a single training catalog, but as a multilayered learning system linked to the organization’s strategic capability goals. Each layer addresses a different level of responsibility.
A strong corporate academy does not distribute training, but redesigns how the organization learns.
