R&D Management Mini MBA
Delivered in collaboration with İstanbul Sanayi Odası, the R&D and Innovation Mini MBA Program has reached more than 250 participants to date, with instruction by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu and contributions from other expert trainers. The program aims to strengthen companies’ R&D management infrastructure, make it more systematic, and equip participants to monitor, apply, and lead developments in R&D and innovation. Designed for middle and senior managers working or seeking to work in R&D, innovation, and technology management, the program also covers core topics such as creative idea development, product design and development, trending technologies, and digital tools.

Value-Added Products with ChatGPT
Training was completed on 25-26 January 2024 and 5-6 February 2024 at the İstanbul Chamber of Industry's Odakule location with a total of 50 participants, led by our Creative Director, Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu, and supported by AI tools, among the newest and most effective technologies of our century. The training aimed to inform participants about improving innovative, value-driven product development processes using ChatGPT's advanced AI technology. Through the "Kattım Gitti" gamification developed by Kaykayoglu, new products were developed in the value-added product workshop using not only ChatGPT but also - Dall E - Midjourney - Runway tools.

İSO Innovation Ambassadors
Istanbul Chamber of Industry (İSO) Academy successfully completed the 'Developing Innovation Ambassadors and Strengthening Innovation Culture Program' delivered by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoglu and Yağız Bora Kaykayoğlu between 2 October - 9 November. Our program was built on the Double Diamond Methodology, aiming to enable our Ambassadors to inspire innovation and strengthen their companies and communities. By actively participating in the innovation process, our Ambassadors emphasized the importance of developing creative ideas and supporting their implementation.
