R&D Center Setup Consulting
The work on establishing and developing the Eczacıbaşı R&D Center covered sustaining creative cultures and innovative initiatives and preparing the R&D Center setup dossier. Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu and Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu provided facilitation focused on TRIZ rapid problem-solving and technical creative thinking to help R&D units design technically creative, human-centered new products or modify existing products/services for their customers.

Workshop
Thinking Innovatively and Creatively
Another engaging 2-day training program on innovation foresight and creative product development methods was completed with the Eczacıbaşı Tüketim Ürünleri R&D Center, led by Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu and Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu. The training with R&D managers covered team-based problem-solving in R&D, innovation methods and creative thinking, and included a workshop to develop potential product ideas. Creative product ideas begin with generating a wide range of ideas. Many ideas were developed in this short time using creative thinking methods.

Customer-Centered Thinking
Eczacıbaşı Tüketim Grubu Field Supervisors who came to Bodrum on 4 May 2023 attended the "Customer-Centered Thinking and Presentation Techniques Workshop" led by Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu. Knowledge was shared to help field supervisors perform their duties more effectively and strengthen their leadership capabilities for the merchandising team.
