From Technical Creative Ideas to Innovation
Led by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu and Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu, “Creativity & Human-Centeredness” services were provided with Brisa, using simulation and design thinking fundamentals applied to Brisa products to explore technical creative thinking and idea generation in line with strategic goals.

Next-Generation Career School Design
With Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu as founding consultant, a model was designed to strengthen the business skills and personal development of the next-generation successors of Brisa's agents. Practices were developed to establish a summer school, along with various accredited programs and implementation strategies.
