TRIZ Rapid and Systematic Problem-Solving Training
Through our “TRIZ Rapid and Systematic Problem-Solving Training” at Kanca Makina on 19-20 June, led by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu, we used efficient and flexible approaches to help achieve the most efficient and flexible results.

Inside the project
Focus
How can a contradiction be transformed from an obstacle to improvement into a map to the solution?
The Kanca Makina project focused on addressing the training need using TRIZ tools. Participants worked on their own technical problems.
The account of this project was structured around the organization's own definition of its needs.
TRIZ is a thinking discipline that makes technical contradictions within a problem visible before rushing to generate solutions.
Scope
We worked with teams in an in-house training session on rapid and systematic problem solving with TRIZ. We explored efficient and flexible approaches to problem solving.
Implementation
WHY WAS TRIZ USED?
TRIZ was used to help teams make technical and physical contradictions within a problem visible before trying to generate solutions directly. Once the contradiction becomes visible, solution patterns become traceable.
The real value of TRIZ lies not in a catalog of solutions but in changing how we view a problem.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEParticipants practiced creative problem solving and application through their own real work problems.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONA follow-through plan was developed with teams to connect the methods learned to daily workflows.
Kaykayoğlu project insight
Speed in problem solving comes not from the search for solutions but from the depth of contradiction analysis.
