TRIZ Rapid and Systematic Problem-Solving Training
Through our “TRIZ Rapid and Systematic Problem-Solving Training” at Mutlu Akü on 7-8 December, led by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu, we used efficient and flexible approaches to help achieve the most efficient and flexible results.

Inside the project
Focus
How can technical teams solve complex problems more systematically?
The Mutlu Akü project focused on addressing the training need using TRIZ tools. Participants worked on their own technical problems.
Systematic problem-solving replaces improvisation with contradiction analysis. This project brought that approach to teams.
Need, bu bilgiyi sistematik problem çözme kapasitesine dönüştürmekti.
Scope
We worked with the organization's teams on rapid and systematic problem solving through TRIZ training. We covered efficient and flexible approaches to solving problems.
Implementation
WHY WAS TRIZ USED?
TRIZ was used to help teams make technical and physical contradictions within a problem visible before trying to generate solutions directly. Once the contradiction becomes visible, solution patterns become traceable.
Systematic innovation is a working discipline that does not leave creativity to chance. The toughest problems begin to teach when framed with the right questions.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEParticipants practiced creative problem solving and application through their own real work problems.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONA follow-through plan was developed with teams to connect the methods learned to daily workflows.
Kaykayoğlu project insight
