TRIZ Training
Through our “TRIZ Problem Solving Method” training at Kale Ar-Ge on 2-3 September, led by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu, we supported the achievement of the most efficient and flexible results using appropriate, efficient and flexible approaches.

Inside the project
Focus
How can technical teams solve complex problems more systematically?
The Kale Ar-Ge project focused on addressing a training need with TRIZ tools. Participants worked on their own technical problems.
Systematic problem-solving replaces improvisation with contradiction analysis. This project brought that approach to teams.
Need, bu bilgiyi sistematik problem çözme kapasitesine dönüştürmekti.
Scope
We worked with participants at the organization on the TRIZ problem-solving method. The training covered efficient, flexible approaches suited to the problem at hand.
Implementation
WHY WAS TRIZ USED?
TRIZ was used to help teams make technical and physical contradictions within a problem visible before trying to generate solutions directly. Once the contradiction becomes visible, solution patterns become traceable.
Systematic innovation is a working discipline that does not leave creativity to chance. The toughest problems begin to teach when framed with the right questions.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEParticipants practiced creative problem solving and application through their own real work problems.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONA follow-through plan was developed with teams to connect the methods learned to daily workflows.
Kaykayoğlu project insight
