The VIKO project focused on addressing a consulting need with TRIZ tools. Participants worked on their own technical problems.

Implementation
WHY WAS TRIZ USED?
TRIZ was used to help teams make technical and physical contradictions within a problem visible before trying to generate solutions directly. Once the contradiction becomes visible, solution patterns become traceable.
The real value of TRIZ lies not in a catalog of solutions but in changing how we view a problem.
