Inside the project
Focus
How can technical teams solve complex problems more systematically?
The Birinci Otomotiv project focused on addressing a workshop-based need with TRIZ tools. Participants worked on their own technical problems.
Systematic problem-solving replaces improvisation with contradiction analysis. This project brought that approach to teams.
Need, bu bilgiyi sistematik problem çözme kapasitesine dönüştürmekti.
Scope
We worked with the organization’s teams in a TRIZ training program. The training covered efficient and flexible approaches.
Implementation
WHY WAS TRIZ USED?
TRIZ was used to help teams make technical and physical contradictions within a problem visible before trying to generate solutions directly. Once the contradiction becomes visible, solution patterns become traceable.
Systematic innovation is a working discipline that does not leave creativity to chance. The toughest problems begin to teach when framed with the right questions.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEThroughout the workshop, teams worked collaboratively on their own problems. Each stage concluded with an output.
Kaykayoğlu project insight
