On 22 October, we joined the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health for a productive “Strategic Thinking and Planning” training, led by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu and Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu.

Focus
In an uncertain future, which priorities should guide today's decisions?
The Ministry of Health project focused on placing the institution's training needs within a strategic framework. The institution sought a way of working that connected its future to its decisions today.
The account of this project was structured around the organization's own definition of its needs.
We completed a productive “Strategic Thinking and Planning” training, led by Bora Kaykayoğlu.
Future analysis becomes a guide only when teams translate it into their own decision-making contexts.
Scope
We worked with the organization's teams on strategic thinking and planning. We delivered a training session covering these two topics.
Implementation
HOW WAS SCENARIO PLANNING USED?
We used possible futures not as a single forecast but as alternative scenarios against which today's decisions could be tested. The aim was to make foresight the language of decision-making meetings.
Rather than predicting the future, a stronger starting point is to design together how we will remain resilient across possible futures.
The journey we designed

- 02REFRAMEParticipants practiced creative problem solving and application through their own real work problems.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONA follow-through plan was developed with teams to connect the methods learned to daily workflows.
