Customized TRIZ Training
The Ar-Ge and innovation-focused Basic TRIZ Training held on 8–9 December 2025, customized with Yorglass cases, was designed to give participants hands-on experience applying the TRIZ methodology to real business problems. Throughout the training, participants explored contradiction-based thinking, systematic problem-solving and innovative solution development through Yorglass-specific cases. The training was delivered by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu.

Inside the project
Focus
How can technical teams solve complex problems more systematically?
The Yorglass project focused on addressing a training need through TRIZ tools. Participants worked on their own technical problems.
Systematic problem-solving replaces improvisation with contradiction analysis. This project brought that approach to teams.
Need, bu bilgiyi sistematik problem çözme kapasitesine dönüştürmekti.
Scope
We worked with participants in a basic TRIZ training program focused on R&D and innovation and tailored to the organization’s cases. Using business problems and case examples specific to the organization, we explored contradiction-based thinking, systematic problem-solving and approaches to developing innovative solutions.
Implementation
WHY WAS TRIZ USED?
TRIZ was used to help teams make technical and physical contradictions within a problem visible before trying to generate solutions directly. Once the contradiction becomes visible, solution patterns become traceable.
Systematic innovation is a working discipline that does not leave creativity to chance. The toughest problems begin to teach when framed with the right questions.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEParticipants practiced creative problem solving and application through their own real work problems.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONA follow-through plan was developed with teams to connect the methods learned to daily workflows.
