Leadership Academy Training
On 1 January, we met with Coco-Cola managers and teams and completed a productive training session at Coco-Cola through our “Advantageous Behavior and Problem-Solving Training” service, led by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu and Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu.

Focus
How can a corporate academy become part of an organization’s strategy for the future?
This project focused on addressing the organization's training need within an academy design framework.
A corporate academy is not a course catalog, but a system for making capability decisions about the organization’s future. This project was built around that system.
The weakest link in training programs was the point where learning translated into daily work. Academy design had to start there.
Scope
We worked with the organization's managers and teams on advantageous behavior. We also covered problem-solving during the training.
Implementation
HOW WAS THE ACADEMY DESIGNED IN THIS PROJECT?
We designed the academy not as a single training catalog, but as a multilayered learning system linked to the organization’s strategic capability goals. Each layer addresses a different level of responsibility.
A strong corporate academy does not distribute training, but redesigns how the organization learns.
The journey we designed
