FMEA Training
The “FMEA Training” was held on 1-2 July, led by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu. Participants examined the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis method step by step, gaining hands-on experience in identifying potential failure modes, prioritizing risks and planning preventive measures. The training was also supported by the FMEAGPT tool developed by Kaykayoğlu, strengthening the learning process. The program helped participants develop a more proactive perspective on process improvement and quality management.

Inside the project
Focus
How can teams solve complex problems using a shared language and method?
This project focused on addressing training needs through structured problem-solving practices.
Problem-solving capacity comes not from individual intelligence but from establishing a shared method through repetition. This project established that method.
Participants examined the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis method step by step, gaining hands-on experience in identifying potential failure modes, prioritizing risks and planning preventive measures.
Need, problemi doğru tanımlamayı sistematik bir beceri haline getirmekti.
Scope
We explored Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) step by step with participants. We carried out practical exercises on identifying potential failure modes, prioritizing risks and planning preventive actions. We also used the FMEAGPT tool during the training.
Implementation
HOW WAS STRUCTURED PROBLEM SOLVING USED IN THIS PROJECT?
Rather than rushing to solve a problem at first glance, we followed a process emphasizing root cause analysis and contradiction-based definition. Participants worked on their own operational problems.
Strong teams are not those that answer fastest but those that can ask the right question.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEParticipants practiced creative problem solving and application through their own real work problems.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONA follow-through plan was developed with teams to connect the methods learned to daily workflows.
