    The “Roadmap Development Workshop with Design Thinking,” facilitated by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu and Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu on 29-30 May 2025, gave Kalekim's Hizmet Kozası team the opportunity to develop sustainable, actionable roadmaps for three priority projects selected for its overseas operation. During the two-day workshop, participants developed their project ideas by following the empathy, definition, ideation, prototyping and testing stages of the “Design Thinking” approach. Workshop activities produced creative solutions, analyzed user needs and developed actionable plans for each project.
