Inside the project

Focus

How can Koza teams connect Kalekim's innovation priorities with creative idea development and sustainability work?

Kalekim's 2023-2025 innovation priorities provided a shared framework for the Koza teams' creative thinking and innovation work.

The project aimed to align teams with the company's vision and encourage joint thinking on resource use, materials technologies, and advanced manufacturing and service technologies.

The workshop focused on aligning idea generation with organizational priorities and considering resources, materials and technology together.

Scope

We worked with teams on creative idea development and innovation implementation in line with the organization’s 2023–2025 innovation priorities, using group mind-mapping exercises, team presentations and action plan reviews. We examined resource reduction, changing materials technologies, and advanced production and service technologies alongside sustainability and ESG integration. Our assessment work with leaders covered MBTI, Carol Dweck’s mindset framework, decision-making and leadership style inventories, as well as individual feedback and reporting.
