SNOP Türkiye / Project Story
AI Leadership Program for Executives
A six-day AI leadership program designed for the general manager and department managers of SNOP Türkiye's İzmit facility. The program brought generative AI into the agenda for strategic decisions, governance and cross-functional transformation.

01 — What did the organization need?
SNOP Türkiye’s İzmit facility operated with a multilayered production structure covering tooling, BIW assembly, quality, maintenance, logistics and administrative processes.
The need was to address AI as a shared competency across management levels. The general manager’s agenda was not the same as that of shop-floor supervisors. The program was designed as a competency development structure that accounted for these different levels of responsibility.
02 — What change brought this need to light?
Generative AI was spreading rapidly. The facility wanted to establish this technology not merely as a tool but as a shared competency across all management layers.
03 — Which questions did we explore?
How can AI become part of production management's decision-making and governance agenda?
04 — What process did we undertake together?
In the six-day program with the general manager and department managers, departmental pain points were mapped. AI opportunities in quality, maintenance, tooling, logistics, HR and finance were made visible in a single matrix.
On the final day, real SNOP cases were selected. Prompts and simple agent workflows were developed for these cases, and the results were presented to management.
The English-language program delivered by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu and Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu introduced 20 different generative AI tools. Sample automation scenarios were also explored using Agent Builder nodes.
05 — What did teams start doing differently?
Managers began to approach AI not as a choice of tool but as a leadership issue to be managed alongside security, data privacy and corporate rules.
06 — What emerged at the end of the project?
A corporate prompt style guide, the SNOP prompt library, an AI opportunity matrix and agent workflows developed for real cases.
07 — What did we learn from this project?
AI adoption is not a tool decision. It is about the rules and language managers establish together.
