Through training held at AGT on 1-2 January, led by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu, our “Creative Thinking and TRIZ Problem-Solving Method” service supported engineers and grey-collar employees in achieving the most efficient and flexible outcomes through appropriate, efficient and flexible approaches.

Focus
How can a contradiction be transformed from an obstacle to improvement into a map to the solution?
The AGT project focused on addressing a training need through TRIZ tools. Participants worked on their own technical problems.
The account of this project was structured around the organization's own definition of its needs.
TRIZ is a thinking discipline that makes technical contradictions within a problem visible before rushing to generate solutions.
Scope
We worked with the organization’s engineers and gray-collar employees on creative thinking and the TRIZ problem-solving method. The training covered appropriate, efficient, and flexible approaches to problem solving.
Implementation
WHY WAS TRIZ USED?
TRIZ was used to help teams make technical and physical contradictions within a problem visible before trying to generate solutions directly. Once the contradiction becomes visible, solution patterns become traceable.
The real value of TRIZ lies not in a catalog of solutions but in changing how we view a problem.
The journey we designed
