KSS Summit 2022
The Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility Summit 2022 was organized on 8 December 2022 under the direction of BÜYEM, with technical support from Kaykayoglu. The Fourth Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility Summit is being held online on 8 December by Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Center (BÜYEM), with contributions from the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network (UN SDSN) Türkiye. This year's Summit, themed "Green Transformation", will host experts working in sustainability and green transformation from Türkiye and around the world, along with representatives of various organizations. The Summit calls on all stakeholders to take action for sustainable living, a livable world and green transformation during the remaining 7 years of the "Decade of Action for the SDGs". Focus
How can a technology transfer ecosystem turn ideas into economic value?
The Boğaziçi University project focused on addressing the organization's training need within a university and ecosystem framework.
The account of this project was structured around the organization's own definition of its needs.
The Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility Summit 2022 was organized on 8 December 2022 under the direction of BÜYEM, with technical support from Kaykayoglu.
Ecosystem design requires establishing a shared flow of value, not just the efforts of individual actors.
Scope
We provided technical support for the sustainability and responsibility summit organized under the institution’s direction. We supported online sessions addressing sustainability and the green transition, with experts and institutional representatives from Türkiye and around the world.
Implementation
HOW WAS ECOSYSTEM DESIGN USED IN THIS PROJECT?
We treated ecosystem design not as an organizational chart but as a system in which universities, businesses and entrepreneurs participate in a shared flow of value. TTO and technopark structures are nodes in this system.
Ecosystems are built not through plans but through trust and a shared agenda.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEParticipants practiced creative problem solving and application through their own real work problems.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONA follow-through plan was developed with teams to connect the methods learned to daily workflows.
