Inside the project
Focus
How can learning programs turn into organizational capability while remaining in the classroom?
The Aras Akademi project focused on addressing the organization’s consulting needs through academy design.
The account of this project was structured around the organization's own definition of its needs.
An academy creates value when designed not as a content production center, but as the organization’s capability development system.
Scope
We worked on the concept design and implementation model for the organization’s training posters. As part of this work, we developed tailored applications, accredited programs and implementation strategies.
Implementation
HOW WAS THE ACADEMY DESIGNED IN THIS PROJECT?
We designed the academy not as a single training catalog, but as a multilayered learning system linked to the organization’s strategic capability goals. Each layer addresses a different level of responsibility.
The future of organizational learning lies not in more content, but in models that embed learning in work.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEThe real need behind the stated request was reframed in the context of the organization's strategy and ways of working.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONThe framework was turned into a structure connected to the organization's decision-making and working rhythm.
