Inside the project
Focus
How can technical teams solve complex problems more systematically?
This project focused on addressing conference / seminar needs through TRIZ tools. Participants worked on their own technical problems.
Systematic problem-solving replaces improvisation with contradiction analysis. This project brought that approach to teams.

Need, bu bilgiyi sistematik problem çözme kapasitesine dönüştürmekti.
Scope
At the TRIZ conference and workshop in Baku, we gave a talk on Türkiye, Azerbaijan and TRIZ. We presented TRIZMANIA, a gamified version of the TRIZ problem-solving technique, to participants and TRIZ experts from different parts of the world.
Implementation
WHY WAS TRIZ USED?
TRIZ was used to help teams make technical and physical contradictions within a problem visible before trying to generate solutions directly. Once the contradiction becomes visible, solution patterns become traceable.
Systematic innovation is a working discipline that does not leave creativity to chance. The toughest problems begin to teach when framed with the right questions.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEThroughout the conference and seminar series, participants worked with examples from their own contexts.
