AI Capability Development Programs. SNOP Groupe Türkiye – 2026. Designed and delivered in English by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu and Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu, this generative AI capability development program focuses on production processes. It was structured as a long-term capability development journey supporting SNOP's production-focused transformation goals. AI Capability Development Programs aims to establish AI as a shared capability in production at both strategic and operational levels within SNOP. The program has a multilayered structure addressing the needs of participants with different levels of responsibility. Managers. The program for managers took place on 5–6–7–8 January 2026 and 16–17 January 2026. It aims to help managers position Generative AI appropriately in production-related decision-making, evaluate AI-supported approaches from a strategic perspective and establish a shared framework across the organization. Supervisors. The program for supervisors took place on 5–6–7 January 2026. This part focuses on building awareness and a practical perspective that enables supervisors on the shop floor and in operations to connect Generative AI with their daily workflows. GenAI and Agentic AI. The program introduced 20 different Generative AI tools and explored their applications in production. Sample automation scenarios were also explored using Agent Builder nodes, alongside practical examples of how participants could design automation workflows for production and operations. Through this approach, the program aims to support the consistent adoption of AI-supported ways of working across SNOP, keeping strategic thinking connected with daily practice in production.
