How does leadership development evolve from a training program into organizational capacity?
This project focused on addressing the organization's consulting needs alongside the people and organizational dimensions.
The account of this project was structured around the organization's own definition of its needs.

Scope
We worked with the institution’s board of directors as part of a management consulting engagement. We focused on developing capabilities for innovation and efficiency and addressing complex, current challenges.
Implementation
HOW WAS ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT APPROACHED IN THIS PROJECT?
We approached organizational development not as a change to an organization chart, but as a change in people's daily working practices. The programs progressed through real business problems.
