“Strategic Consulting” services for BRF began on 15.05.2022 under the leadership of Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu, as part of a roadmap process to shape the future of the company and its teams, design a plan for goals responsive to competition and market conditions, and build an organizational structure aligned with its objectives.

Focus
In an uncertain future, which priorities should guide today's decisions?
The BRF project focused on placing the organization's consulting needs within a strategic framework. The organization was looking for a way of working that connected its future with today's decisions.
The account of this project was structured around the organization's own definition of its needs.
Future analysis becomes a guide only when teams translate it into their own decision-making contexts.
Scope
We worked with the organization's teams on planning for goals that respond to competitive and market conditions. We provided strategic advice on roadmap development for an organizational structure aligned with the organization's objectives.
Implementation
HOW WAS SCENARIO PLANNING USED?
We used possible futures not as a single forecast but as alternative scenarios against which today's decisions could be tested. The aim was to make foresight the language of decision-making meetings.
Rather than predicting the future, a stronger starting point is to design together how we will remain resilient across possible futures.
