Focus
How can AI become a natural part of daily shop-floor work?
The supervisor component was designed to bring the same AI vision as the management program to the shop floor. The aim was to enable supervisors to use AI safely and repeatably in shift reports, quality notes, maintenance requests and production workflows.
AI takes root on the shop floor when supervisors test it on their own real cases.
Scope
We worked with supervisors in production, quality, maintenance and logistics at the Izmit facility on using generative AI in daily workflows. In the hands-on sessions, we explored automation examples using Agent Builder nodes and worked with participants as they designed small AI workflows for their own tasks.
Implementation
Each supervisor brought their own case
On the final day, participants brought a real case from their daily work, such as a quality defect, press stoppage, maintenance request, increase in scrap or logistics disruption. Initial prompts were written, outputs were structured, results were compared across teams, and each participant designed and presented a small workflow.

- 02REFRAMEAI was positioned as a colleague working alongside supervisors on the shop floor. What could and could not be shared, along with model risks, was clarified from the outset.
