Seramik Kozası Project Workshop
The “Seramik Kozası Project Development Workshop with a Design Thinking Approach,” held on 10–11 November 2025, was designed to support the development of project ideas through a user-centered, structured approach. During the workshop, participants practiced problem definition, idea development and project structuring within the design thinking methodology. The workshop was led by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu and Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu.

Focus
How can creativity move from an individual talent to an organizational capacity?
This project focused on connecting a workshop-based need with creative thinking practices. Participants worked within their own product and business contexts.
Creativity is not an innate trait but a way of working that grows under the right conditions. This project focused on establishing those conditions.
The bottleneck for creativity in organizations was usually not a lack of ideas but the absence of a working environment where ideas could be protected and developed.
Scope
We worked with workshop participants on developing project ideas in a user-centered, structured way using design thinking. We took a hands-on approach to defining problems, generating ideas and structuring projects.
Implementation
HOW WERE CREATIVE TECHNIQUES USED IN THIS PROJECT?
We used creativity techniques not as showmanship but as tools teams tested on their own problems. Each technique was applied to a real product or process problem.
What brings creativity into an organization is not individual talent but a working environment where ideas can emerge safely.
