Inside the project
Focus
How can organizational change be aligned with individual development?
The TÜBİTAK project focused on addressing the organization's mentoring need alongside people and organizational considerations.
When human capacity does not develop at the same pace as technology and strategy, transformation stalls. This project focused on establishing that balance.
The organizational bottleneck was usually not the structure, but the point at which people had not embraced the new way of working.
Scope
We provided mentoring support to the institution’s employees for one year. We worked on skills development, innovation, productivity and dealing with today’s complex challenges.
Implementation
HOW WAS ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT APPROACHED IN THIS PROJECT?
We approached organizational development not as a change to an organization chart, but as a change in people's daily working practices. The programs progressed through real business problems.
Organizational transformation is not about changing people, but about creating the conditions in which they work best.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEDuring mentoring, individuals connected their own development agendas with real projects.
