Focus
How can ideas be turned into value-added products and services?
The Ulusoy Tekstil project focused on connecting the organization's training needs with new areas of value. The organization wanted a project that would generate added value beyond its existing business.
Added value begins with identifying a gap in the market. It is completed through a process that connects the idea with the customer.
What was usually missing in new product development was not ideas, but a shared system for evaluating and developing them.
Scope
We delivered executive board training and mentoring for the organization. We focused on developing employees’ capabilities in innovation, efficiency and addressing complex challenges.
Implementation
HOW WAS THE INNOVATION PROCESS DESIGNED IN THIS PROJECT?
We designed the innovation process not as an awards ceremony, but as a value stream in which ideas are selected and developed. At every stage, teams worked with their own market data.
Innovation is not the job of a single department. It is the result of how an organization learns and makes decisions.
The journey we designed
