GenAI-Assisted TRIZ
The “AI Tool-Assisted TRIZ: A Creative and Rapid Problem-Solving Approach” training, delivered by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu on 5-6 August 2025, offered participants an opportunity to develop faster, more systematic and creative solutions by integrating the TRIZ methodology with AI tools in innovative problem-solving processes. The program covered AI-assisted analysis techniques, creative idea generation methods and steps for developing actionable solutions through both theoretical and practical examples.

Inside the project
Focus
How can technical teams solve complex problems more systematically?
This project focused on addressing training needs through TRIZ tools. Participants worked on their own technical problems.
Systematic problem-solving replaces improvisation with contradiction analysis. This project brought that approach to teams.
Need, bu bilgiyi sistematik problem çözme kapasitesine dönüştürmekti.
Scope
We worked with participants on combining TRIZ methodology with AI tools in problem-solving. Through theoretical instruction and practical examples, we covered AI-assisted analysis techniques, creative idea generation methods and steps for developing workable solutions.
Implementation
WHY WAS TRIZ USED?
TRIZ was used to help teams make technical and physical contradictions within a problem visible before trying to generate solutions directly. Once the contradiction becomes visible, solution patterns become traceable.
Systematic innovation is a working discipline that does not leave creativity to chance. The toughest problems begin to teach when framed with the right questions.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEParticipants practiced creative problem solving and application through their own real work problems.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONA follow-through plan was developed with teams to connect the methods learned to daily workflows.
