Focus
How can innovation evolve from a one-off initiative into lasting value within an organization?
The Turkcell project focused on connecting the organization’s mentoring needs with new areas of value. The organization wanted a project that would generate added value beyond its existing business.
The account of this project was structured around the organization's own definition of its needs.
Innovation works when designed not as a pool of ideas, but as a process in which ideas enter the value stream.
Scope
We are conducting mentoring sessions with the organization’s senior executives, focusing on capability development. The sessions address innovation, efficiency and ways to tackle today’s complex challenges.
Implementation
HOW WAS THE INNOVATION PROCESS DESIGNED IN THIS PROJECT?
We designed the innovation process not as an awards ceremony, but as a value stream in which ideas are selected and developed. At every stage, teams worked with their own market data.
Creating value is less about generating new ideas than about building a system that enables ideas to enter the value stream.
