R&D Center TRIZ Training
Through training delivered within the R&D Center, in line with appropriate, efficient and flexible approaches. On -9-10 September, -6-7 September and -23-24 September, our “TRIZ Problem-Solving Method” service, led by Prof. Dr. C. Ruhi Kaykayoğlu, supported the achievement of the most targeted, efficient and flexible results.

Inside the project
Focus
How can the defense sector turn rapid technology development into an organizational capability?
The project focused on addressing the organization's training need within the context of defense and advanced technology.
The account of this project was structured around the organization's own definition of its needs.
Through training delivered within the R&D Center, in line with appropriate, efficient and flexible approaches.
Competitive advantage in advanced technology lies not in individual products, but in institutionalizing a problem-solving discipline.
Scope
We delivered training on the TRIZ problem-solving method with teams at the R&D centre. We worked on appropriate, efficient and flexible approaches to problem-solving.
Implementation
HOW WAS TRIZ USED IN THIS PROJECT?
We used TRIZ as a contradiction-based analysis tool for complex system problems. Contradictions such as performance–cost and reliability–weight were made visible.
The key to success in advanced technology is building not the technology itself, but the way of thinking that produces it.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEParticipants practiced creative problem solving and application through their own real work problems.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONA follow-through plan was developed with teams to connect the methods learned to daily workflows.
Kaykayoğlu project insight
