Inside the project
Focus
How can teams define problems correctly and arrive at better decisions and new ideas?
The workshop was designed to help Ali Raif İlaç teams address daily work problems in a more structured way, evaluate alternatives when making decisions and develop new ideas through creative thinking.
When problem solving, decision making and creativity work together, teams progress faster and with greater confidence.
Scope
We conducted a workshop with the teams focused on effective problem solving, decision making, and creative thinking. Throughout the program, we worked on systematic decision-making methods and creative idea generation techniques with the participants.
Implementation
Three skills, one workflow
Defining the problem, making decisions by evaluating alternatives, and developing ideas through creative thinking were addressed not as separate topics, but as one continuous workflow.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREThe teams' approaches to problems and decision-making habits were examined.
- 02REFRAMEProblem solving was framed as a process that begins with defining the problem correctly, rather than turning to the first solution that comes to mind.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONParticipants practiced problem definition, decision making and idea development together.
