How can teams generate new product ideas amid routine work?
The Valfsel project focused on addressing a consulting need through creative thinking practices. Participants worked within their own product and business contexts.

We worked with the R&D teams through mentoring and coaching. We provided consulting and training on management and creative product development.
Implementation
HOW WERE CREATIVE TECHNIQUES USED IN THIS PROJECT?
We used creativity techniques not as showmanship but as tools teams tested on their own problems. Each technique was applied to a real product or process problem.
The real resource in product development is not brilliant ideas but the discipline that keeps ideas alive.
