How can teams generate new product ideas amid routine work?
This project focused on connecting a training need with creative thinking practices. Participants worked within their own product and business contexts.

Scope
We worked with participants on the design thinking approach in an online training session. We structured the session around supporting a culture of innovative thinking within organizations.
Implementation
HOW WERE CREATIVE TECHNIQUES USED IN THIS PROJECT?
We used creativity techniques not as showmanship but as tools teams tested on their own problems. Each technique was applied to a real product or process problem.
The real resource in product development is not brilliant ideas but the discipline that keeps ideas alive.
The journey we designed

- 02REFRAMEParticipants practiced creative problem solving and application through their own real work problems.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONA follow-through plan was developed with teams to connect the methods learned to daily workflows.
