Inside the project
Focus
How can teams generate new product ideas amid routine work?
The Kuwait City project focused on addressing a training need through creative thinking practices. Participants worked within their own product and business contexts.
The account of this project was structured around the organization's own definition of its needs.
Creative capacity grows not through workshops but through small practices embedded in daily work.
Scope
We explored innovation and creativity with participants in the “Kuwait's Engineering Girls” project. We delivered the training in Kuwait City.
Implementation
HOW WERE CREATIVE TECHNIQUES USED IN THIS PROJECT?
We used creativity techniques not as showmanship but as tools teams tested on their own problems. Each technique was applied to a real product or process problem.
The real resource in product development is not brilliant ideas but the discipline that keeps ideas alive.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEParticipants practiced creative problem solving and application through their own real work problems.
- 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONA follow-through plan was developed with teams to connect the methods learned to daily workflows.
