Inside the project

Focus

How can teams generate new product ideas amid routine work?

The Ekol Lojistik project focused on connecting project / service needs with creative thinking practices. Participants worked within their own product and business contexts.

The account of this project was structured around the organization's own definition of its needs.

Led by Bora Kaykayoğlu, the “Creativity & Human-Centeredness” service was delivered to Ekol Lojistik as part of the Rise Up Program, focusing on technical creative thinking and idea generation in line with strategic goals.

Creative capacity grows not through workshops but through small practices embedded in daily work.

Scope

We worked with the organization’s teams on technical creative thinking and idea generation as part of the Rise Up Program. We addressed creativity and a human-centered approach in line with the organization’s strategic goals.

Implementation

HOW WERE CREATIVE TECHNIQUES USED IN THIS PROJECT?

We used creativity techniques not as showmanship but as tools teams tested on their own problems. Each technique was applied to a real product or process problem.

The real resource in product development is not brilliant ideas but the discipline that keeps ideas alive.

The journey we designed

  1. 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
  2. 02REFRAMEThe work was co-created with the organization’s teams throughout the project. Feedback informed the design at every stage.
  3. 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONThe resulting model was connected to the organization’s operations.
