Inside the project

Focus

How can organizational change be aligned with individual development?

This project focused on addressing the organization's training needs alongside the people and organizational dimensions.

When human capacity does not develop at the same pace as technology and strategy, transformation stalls. This project focused on establishing that balance.

The organizational bottleneck was usually not the structure, but the point at which people had not embraced the new way of working.

Scope

We worked with leaders and managers on the corporate influencer's role in supporting change and innovation within an organization. We covered encouraging creative thinking, tracking trends, future skills and a culture of continuous learning. We also explored disruptive innovation and adapting to technological change.

Implementation

HOW WAS ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT APPROACHED IN THIS PROJECT?

We approached organizational development not as a change to an organization chart, but as a change in people's daily working practices. The programs progressed through real business problems.

Organizational transformation is not about changing people, but about creating the conditions in which they work best.

The journey we designed

  2. 02REFRAMEParticipants practiced creative problem solving and application through their own real work problems.
  3. 03BRING IT INTO THE ORGANIZATIONA follow-through plan was developed with teams to connect the methods learned to daily workflows.
