21st-Century Creativity, Innovation and Beyond Conference
Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu, KiG Creative Director: - I traveled to 6 provinces in 7 days, meeting 700 people in Diyarbakır, Batman, Siirt, Şırnak, Mardin and Şanlıurfa to share inspiration and offer my special keys. My aim was to help them open the doors to creativity and innovation more effectively. With the participation of Dicle Elektrik's R&D and Engineering teams, we enthusiastically completed the 21st-Century R&D, Innovation and Beyond Conference Series. With the key of creativity and innovation, we grasped our fast-moving world. With the key of innovation culture, we emphasized the power of acting together. With the key of creative idea development, we took a major step toward internalizing the critical role of methods in innovation processes through experience. The key of future technologies offers us tomorrow's products and services. Behind every door lies a new beginning. And behind each door is another world unlocked by the key of knowledge. 💡🔑🚀 I thank the Dicle Elektrik family for their support and hospitality throughout this unforgettable exploration.

Inside the project
Focus
How can creativity move from an individual talent to an organizational capacity?
The Dicle Elektrik project focused on connecting a conference / seminar need with creative thinking practices. Participants worked within their own product and business contexts.
Creativity is not an innate trait but a way of working that grows under the right conditions. This project focused on establishing those conditions.
Bora Kaykayoğlu, KiG Creative Director: - I traveled to 6 provinces in 7 days, meeting 700 people in Diyarbakır, Batman, Siirt, Şırnak, Mardin and Şanlıurfa to share inspiration and offer my special keys.
The bottleneck for creativity in organizations was usually not a lack of ideas but the absence of a working environment where ideas could be protected and developed.
Scope
We explored creativity, innovation culture and collaboration with R&D and engineering teams in a conference series held across six provinces. We worked on creative idea-generation methods and examined future technologies in the context of tomorrow’s products and services.
Implementation
HOW WERE CREATIVE TECHNIQUES USED IN THIS PROJECT?
We used creativity techniques not as showmanship but as tools teams tested on their own problems. Each technique was applied to a real product or process problem.
What brings creativity into an organization is not individual talent but a working environment where ideas can emerge safely.
The journey we designed
- 01EXPLOREA situation map was developed by considering the organization's real needs, current ways of working and external signals together.
- 02REFRAMEThroughout the conference and seminar series, participants worked with examples from their own contexts.
